About our founder & Managing Director

Johnson has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry with a minor in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Buea. He is a qualified Adult Trainer and also has the Occupational Safety & Health Manager and Professional certificates awarded by OSHAcademy, Oregon USA. He also obtained the NEBOSH International General Certificate at the Safety Management Training Services Lagos, Nigeria. Thereafter, Johnson studied and successfully obtained, with credit, the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health with SHEilds UK. He has also successfully completed the NEBOSH International Diploma in Environmental Management with the Rapid Results College (RRC), UK.
Passionate with his profession and his individual development, Johnson has also obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Risk and Safety Management from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow in the UK. In a year or two, he will be validating his M.Sc. in the same speciality.
He is as well a Certified Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in the UK, with which institution he is pursuing a Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in the HSE Profession, as well as Adult Training in a wide range of HSE specific programs. He is a Qualified Trainer with a Training of Trainers certificate from IOSH UK. He has animated trainings in work at height, firefighting, first aid (CPR), defensive driving, forklift operations, safety at work, rigging, basic sea survival, ergonomics, rock blasting, catering, site safety supervision, hazard analysis and control, confined space entry, health and safety committee operations and other specific Occupational Safety and Health programs.
He is a NEBOSH Trainer, and has animated NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health as follows:
